I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms needed upgrading as the floorboards creaked and I could hear other guests during intimate moments and foot traffic all night, making it extremely noisy and interfering with my sleep. However, the service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to help, even when frantically busy.
